Damned Covenant Strategy

Damned converts self-inflicted damage into resources. Bloodprice units chip your own castle to draw extra cards the moment they land, Cull sacrifices your weakest ally to snipe a bigger threat, and Lifesteal creatures heal back what the plan costs you — turning risk into a repeatable engine.

How the Deck Plays

Track your own castle HP as a resource, not just a timer — know exactly how much you can afford to spend before a Bloodprice or Cull play becomes reckless.

Key Mechanics

Damned Covenant is built around 3 core keywords:

Bloodprice cards deal damage to your own castle when you play them — it's a deliberate cost for extra cards, not a mistake, so budget your own HP like a resource.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths

  • Generates card advantage no other faction can match
  • Cull provides on-demand removal for any threat
  • Lifesteal recoups the life spent fueling the engine

Weaknesses

  • Racing yourself and the opponent's clock at the same time is easy to misjudge
  • A fast aggro deck can punish self-damage before Lifesteal catches up
  • Requires careful HP math every turn

Recommended Strategy

Spend your own life total deliberately to out-card and out-remove the opponent, then heal the difference back with Lifesteal.

Win condition: Out-value the opponent through Bloodprice card draw and Cull removal until your board simply has more left standing.
